Do you test everything before it ships?
Every cartridge, disc and complete-in-box title is cleaned, tested on original hardware and honestly described; cards and collectibles are carefully inspected and accurately described. More on how we test and describe things. Discs get resurfaced if needed. CIB listings include the manual, case and inserts — or we tell you exactly what’s missing.
Where do you ship?
Canada-wide, sent from Norfolk County, Ontario. Smaller items ship via Canada Post lettermail with an optional tracked upgrade.
Do you do local pickup?
Yes. Local pickup is available by appointment in Norfolk County. Email us to arrange a convenient time and place, or see where we meet across the county.
What payment methods do you accept?
